 WHOLE HOG ROAST
Local Cornish Pig, cooked on spit, served on fresh baps,
accompanied with Apple Sauce, Sage and Onion Stuffing and of course Crackling!!
The average sized pig will serve approximately 120 - 150
people
WHOLE LAMB
Local Cornish Lamb, cooked on spit, served with fresh baps,
accompanied with Mint Sauce
The average Lamb will serve approximately 60 people
We can also provide a selection of salads and puddings

EQUIPMENT HIRE
For those holding their own function or fund raising event why
not 'Do-it-yourself' - If you are confident on the BBQ and want to impress the
friends and family!!! The following options are available
 OPTION 1
We will deliver to and collect from your
venue
£200
OPTION 2
This option is available for the whole
pig or lamb - we will deliver and collect, providing you with meat of your
choice and other accompaniments your require. Such as rolls, apple sauce,
stuffing, mint sauce, salads, puddings You then cook and serve your guests
From £395 depending on your requirements
A charge of £25 is made when the machine is returned dirty.
